Project Description

This project included the construction of a new 55,000 square-foot facility featuring education rooms, computer labs, recreation rooms and art rooms. It houses a commercial-grade kitchen and cafeteria, multi-purpose rooms filled with ping pong and pool tables, four-court gymnasium, indoor climbing wall, and a large outdoor play area. The second floor of the building is the home for the new Link Piazzo Non-Profit Center.

Project Description

This project included the design and construction of a new hangar and Fixed Base Operations (FBO) facility at the Reno Tahoe International Airport. The project included the demolition of two existing buildings on site, upgrading the existing site parking areas with new asphalt overlay, the installation and re-routing of existing utilities to the facility, and the construction of a new 30,000 square-foot aircraft hangar and new two-story 13,000 square-foot FBO facility.

This project consisted of the design and construction for NOW Foods’ 187,000 square-foot facility, which features areas for manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution for nutraceutical products. The building is designed to cGMP Pharmaceutical Standards and is LEED Silver certified.

North McCarran Crossing is a 9.69 acre in-fill project totaling 14,111 square-feet. As the General Contractor, United Construction manged the all construction development for the two structures and tenant improvements for Fatburger, U-Swirl, H&R Block, Smog Check, NV Nails, Sprint and T-Mobile.
