Each project has a number of costs to consider in addition to the construction costs such as due diligence, entitlement, permit, offsite improvement, common area improvement, utility connection, inspection costs, etc. United Construction has dedicated professionals who excel at collaborating with our Customers and Designers from the very beginning of each project to produce feasibility estimates early in the project development cycle that have a very tight range of accuracy.

Wherever we work, we develop successful and collaborative relationships with designers, consultants, material suppliers, subcontractors and jurisdictions needed to construct the types of facilities we build. Our expertise and know-how in the local markets we work in are beneficial to our Customers because we are able to achieve competitive market pricing, dedicated manpower for each project and accurate and timely schedules.
