Project Description

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the consequent need for increasingly accessible health care, a more comprehensive, one-stop-shop facility in the Oddie Blvd. neighborhood was a necessity. In order to meet the needs of their growing clientele, Community Health Alliance hired United Construction as their construction partner for the remodel of their Sparks Health Center.

 

The facility tenant improvements, which includes an expansion into the adjoining tenant space, has brought improved patient exam rooms, a brand-new nurse’s station, an expanded waiting room, revamped blood laboratory space, a new pharmacy and a food pantry to service patients who are food insecure. United and their subcontractors installed several new-and-improved building aspects – including demolition; framing; mechanical, plumbing and electrical work; wall insulation; pharmacy windows; water line tie-ins; pantry cabinets; finishes and more – making for a fresh and comfortable space for all.

Once a more than 20-year-old building in need of updating, United Construction brought the industrial facility at 4141 Distribution Circle in North Las Vegas to new distribution standards. Transformations include new finishes and systems as well as double the warehouse space to a total of 226,000 square feet.

Project Description

This distribution warehouse, located at 4225 Hacienda Drive in Pleasanton, is situated on more than 22 acres of parcel space and includes 28-30′ interior clear height, 45 dock doors, and four grade-level doors. Along with the excess land for future expansions, this facility is tailor-made for logistics companies.

Project Description

This tenant improvement project, built by United Construction in partnership with their subcontractors, involved renovation to SNC’s office on East Prater Way in Sparks. The remodel includes new doors and frames, tile flooring, concrete floor slabs, custom millwork, insulation and sealants, framing, drywall and more.

Project Description

LogistCenter at Las Vegas Boulevard is a two-building industrial park totaling 655,680 square-feet featuring 32′ warehouse clear height, 6″ reinforced slab, 18 dock positions and 3 grade level doors, ESFR, 135′ truck court with 60′ concrete apron, 1200 amps 277/480 V power and 111 auto parking spaces. United Construction completed the build-out of building 1 (546,480 SF) for Sofidel, a manufacturer of tissue paper for sanitary and domestic use.

The new 53,000 sf facility features a state-of-the-art showroom, 22,095-square-foot warehouse with a five-ton overhead crane spanning 70 feet. As the General Contractor for this project, our work ensured that there was plenty of room for future expansion.

Located within the LogistiCenter at Las Vegas Blvd industrial park, the renovated Sofidel facility includes a tenant improvement buildout, new offices and crane bays. United Construction was the design-build contractor for the remodeling and spent extra time on TI to crane bays 5 and 6 and crane line 6/7.

As the first building to be constructed in the new Rancharrah community, 5301 Kietzke has set the bar high for buildings to come. The two-story, 20,259 square-foot building features floor to ceiling windows that frame incredible views expanding from the mountains to downtown. With positioning along a major thoroughfare, the glow of modern LED fixtures illuminating through the building’s iconic glass design is enjoyed by thousands daily.

 

5301 Kietzke was designed to be as efficient as it is stunning. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls provide a modern aesthetic, breathtaking views and energizing amounts of sunlight for guests and employees to enjoy throughout the workday. The unique floor plan was designed to leverage the daylight for maximized lighting efficiency and enjoyment. Complimenting the natural daylight and picturesque views are modern LED light fixtures that double as artistic design enhancements. Lighting and door controls are digitally programmed and managed online for ultimate of use and sustainability.

 

Together, innovative building design and wise material selection create the ultimate window system that regulates temperature, glare from the sun and noise reduction. The Charles Schwab Office was designed with 4-foot by 4-inch vents along the floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The vents ensure consistent temperature control year-round. Additionally, upgraded MechoShade systems are in sync with the sun and direct the window treatments to lower and raise automatically, or at the push of a button.

This Build-to-Suit project for Exeter Property Group included the construction of a 565,000 square-foot shell and build-out for Medline.
