The 421,000 square-foot Freeman Decorating Services building houses 387,666 square-feet of convention services merchandising warehouse space and a 100,000 square-foot, Class-A office build out.
New 872,710 square-foot distribution center that houses a 55,000 square foot fish distribution aquarium with 5,000 aquariums. The fish distribution area has 6” thick insulated interior wall panels for climate control, a fish testing laboratory, 1500 KVA generators for back-up power to the aquariums and the water for the fish tanks is reclaimed in a 10,000 gallon under slab tank. Above ground are seven 10,000 gallon water tanks that circulate 130 gallons of water through the aquariums per day.
This project included the construction of a new 322,500 square-foot warehouse with attached 50,000 square-foot, Class-A office building. The facility included
a full service kitchen, bar, dining rooms, specialty finishes including stone, tile, wood, carpet, VCT and stained Ardex flooring, special temperature climate rooms, conveyor systems, and loading docks.

Project Description
Phase I of this project was for a build-to-suit, 167,900 square-foot pharmaceutical grade warehouse and distribution facility. Phase II added 103,180 square-feet to the initial facility 4 years later. The entire facility was constructed to FDA and cGMP pharmaceutical standards, included fully air-conditioned space with internal freezer, cooler, aerosol, flammable and DEA spaces.
