LogistCenter at Las Vegas Boulevard is a two-building industrial park totaling 655,680 square-feet featuring 32′ warehouse clear height, 6″ reinforced slab, 18 dock positions and 3 grade level doors, ESFR, 135′ truck court with 60′ concrete apron, 1200 amps 277/480 V power and 111 auto parking spaces. United Construction completed the build-out of building 1 (546,480 SF) for Sofidel, a manufacturer of tissue paper for sanitary and domestic use.

Project Description

LogistiCenter at 395 Phase 2 is a 130-acre industrial park that will be home to more than 1.6 million square feet of industrial space. Construction is complete on Buildings 1 and 2. As the Design-Build Contractor, United Construction provided in-house design, and managed all construction related activity for the site, shell and tenant improvements.

Project Description

The new 53,000 sf facility features a state-of-the-art showroom, 22,095-square-foot warehouse with a five-ton overhead crane spanning 70 feet. As the General Contractor for this project, our work ensured that there was plenty of room for future expansion.

Project Description

Crow Holdings Industrial hired United Construction as their General Contractor for the construction of a new speculative industrial facility in Livermore, California. This tilt-up concrete building includes a 90,500-square-foot distribution space with overhead dock doors, multiple office entries and parking, all sitting on nearly five acres of land.

Located within the LogistiCenter at Las Vegas Blvd industrial park, the renovated Sofidel facility includes a tenant improvement buildout, new offices and crane bays. United Construction was the design-build contractor for the remodeling and spent extra time on TI to crane bays 5 and 6 and crane line 6/7.

Project Description

This project included the construction of a new concrete, tilt-up warehouse building. Site improvements include 340 automobile parking stalls, truck trailer parking stalls, site paving, lighting, drainage, fencing and landscaping. The building is a 707,596 square-foot high cube warehouse/distribution center with a 36’ clear height and 158 dock high positions and 4 drive-in doors, designed by Ware Malcomb Architects. The building was designed as a speculative warehouse with Fire Safety controlled by a design-build ESFR system with fire pump. Water, sewer, gas and electric services will be stubbed into the building at multiple points to allow flexibility for future interior improvements.

Project Description

This project included major upgrades to an existing 128,524 square-foot distribution and manufacturing facility in Hayward, CA. Improvements included new interior and exterior paint, new roof, new rooftop HVAC units, new skylights, new roll up doors, ADA upgrades and electrical upgrades. As the Design-Build contractor, United Construction managed the project from our northern California office.

Project Description

This project included the construction of a new 622,959 industrial facility for Dermody Properties in Lathrop, CA. During the course of construction, Pratt Industries, a leading box manufacturer, leased the entire building. United Construction worked closely with Dermody, Pratt Industries and Ware Malcomb Architects to perform the tenant improvements as well.
