Project Video for Recently Completed Renovation of a Distribution and Manufacturing Center in Hayward, CA

This project included major upgrades to an existing 128,524 SF distribution and manufacturing facility in Hayward, CA. Improvements included new interior and exterior paint, new roof, new rooftop HVAC units, new skylights, new roll up doors, ADA upgrades and electrical upgrades. As the design-build contractor, United Construction managed the project from their Northern California office.
