LogistiCenter at Vacaville is a Class-A, 252,160-square foot industrial park in Solano County, CA. The building sits on 14 acres and features 36′ clear height; an 800-foot, 4″ gas line offsite; and extra car and trailer parking to accommodate e-commerce companies.
This distribution warehouse, located at 4225 Hacienda Drive in Pleasanton, is situated on more than 22 acres of parcel space and includes 28-30′ interior clear height, 45 dock doors, and four grade-level doors. Along with the excess land for future expansions, this facility is tailor-made for logistics companies.
Located in the Stockton Commerce Center, the Army Court Distribution Center is a concrete tilt, make ready project that transformed a former Toys R Us distribution center into a leasable warehouse space and a 16,000 sf office renovated to suit. The lot sits on more than 36 acres and is divisible by 148,000 sf to fit industrial company space needs.
Crow Holdings Industrial hired United Construction as their General Contractor for the construction of a new speculative industrial facility in Livermore, California. This tilt-up concrete building includes a 90,500-square-foot distribution space with overhead dock doors, multiple office entries and parking, all sitting on nearly five acres of land.
This project included the construction of a new concrete, tilt-up warehouse building. Site improvements include 340 automobile parking stalls, truck trailer parking stalls, site paving, lighting, drainage, fencing and landscaping. The building is a 707,596 square-foot high cube warehouse/distribution center with a 36’ clear height and 158 dock high positions and 4 drive-in doors, designed by Ware Malcomb Architects. The building was designed as a speculative warehouse with Fire Safety controlled by a design-build ESFR system with fire pump. Water, sewer, gas and electric services will be stubbed into the building at multiple points to allow flexibility for future interior improvements.
This Build-to-Suit project for Exeter Property Group included the construction of a 565,000 square-foot shell and build-out for Medline.
This Build-to-Suit project for Prologis included the construction of a 644,160 square-foot distribution center with a 19,408 square-foot office.
This project included major upgrades to an existing 128,524 square-foot distribution and manufacturing facility in Hayward, CA. Improvements included new interior and exterior paint, new roof, new rooftop HVAC units, new skylights, new roll up doors, ADA upgrades and electrical upgrades. As the Design-Build contractor, United Construction managed the project from our northern California office.
This project included the construction of a new 622,959 industrial facility for Dermody Properties in Lathrop, CA. During the course of construction, Pratt Industries, a leading box manufacturer, leased the entire building. United Construction worked closely with Dermody, Pratt Industries and Ware Malcomb Architects to perform the tenant improvements as well.
This concrete tilt-up project is a 48,000 square-foot facility housing natural cork storage, branding and light manufacturing. The facility includes a commercial grade laboratory, and features a 6,000 square-foot office build-out for management and administrative use.
