Reno, NV. May 14, 2016 – LogistiCenter℠ at 395 Phase I received a Summit Award for Industrial Development of the Year. The master-planned industrial park includes three buildings totaling 1.2 Million SF built on 91-acres. As the Design-Build Contractor, United Construction provided in-house design, and managed all construction related activity for the site, shell and tenant improvements.
United Construction honors Chuck Brown for his 35th work anniversary with the company. Over the years, Chuck worked his way up from a laborer through the ranks to Superintendent. His passion and dedication for construction shows in the thorough way he runs a jobsite; maintaining quality, safety, and on-time performance.
