United Construction is proud to share a major milestone at our 1050 Waltham Way project, all slab on grade work is now complete! The project team achieved a remarkable feat during the week of July 4th, completing four slab pours over four consecutive days (June 30th to July 3rd). Bonanno Concrete and CMC Rebar successfully executed nine slab pours, covering +315,000 square feet of 7” thick concrete slab on grade totaling over 7,100 cubic yards of concrete placed at the project slab on grade. Progress is moving full speed ahead at LogistiCenter at Kiley Ranch, and we’re excited to celebrate another major milestone! On February 10th, our team began the wall tilt for Building 1, marking a significant step forward in this state-of-the-art logistics development. This project features two cutting-edge industrial facilities designed to support the growing demand for logistics and distribution space. We are excited to update you on the progress of the first phase of our Reno AirLogistics Park project. We have accomplished a major milestone with the first wall tilt on July 8th and 9th on our 470,000-square-foot cross-dock concrete tilt-up Building 2. This milestone showcases our team's dedication and hard work maintaining the schedule, advancing us towards our envisioned completion of a state-of-the-art logistics facility.
