Zach Caron

VP Preconstruction

Zach began his career as a carpenter and worked his way up to being Vice President of Preconstruction. With over 15 years of construction industry experience, he has served in various roles, including carpenter, foreman, estimator, superintendent, and owner. Zach excels in assisting teams in refining system scopes to align with project needs and budgets.

A graduate of Carson City High School, Zach pursued construction management at the University of Nevada, Reno, and Western Nevada College. His diverse expertise spans across office, medical, education, hospitality, and LEED projects for both public and private customers. Holding a general contractor’s license, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his roles.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Zach enjoys traveling to Europe, “chef-ing” it up at home, writing and exploring the great outdoors – hunting, fishing and mountaineering.
