Sheril Bradley

Vice President of Finance

Sheril, serving as United Construction’s Vice President of Finance, boasts over 40 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. With a diverse background spanning development, commercial building, luxury and production home building, as well as civil construction, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Sheril follows in the footsteps of her grandfather and father as a third-generation contractor. A Reno native, Sheril earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Active in her community, Sheril has been involved in various local organizations, including serving as the Former President of Nevada Chapter AGC, Former Board of Directors for Associated Builders & Contractors, Former Board of Directors for Reno Sparks Chamber of Commerce, and Former Board of Directors for Academy for Career Education (ACE) Charter High School.

In her role as Vice President of Finance, Sheril is responsible for ensuring financial, business, and strategic goals are met, managing risk, improving organizational productivity and cost control, managing cash flow, purchasing, and accounting, and meeting the requirements of our contract requirements, industry, and government regulations.

Outside of work, Sheril enjoys reading, true crime documentaries/podcasts, spending time at Lake Tahoe, and spending time with her two adult children and four dogs.
