Ken Rice leads project development efforts at United Construction, focusing on early planning, strong relationships, and smooth project delivery. With more than 30 years of construction industry experience, Ken is a trusted partner to customers, guiding them through pre-design and preconstruction phases with clarity and confidence. His expertise includes conducting comprehensive due diligence—such as feasibility studies, entitlement review, and risk assessments, to ensure projects start with a strong foundation and move forward with minimized risk.

Ken’s work includes some of United’s most significant projects, such as The Park at McCarran — the largest project in company history — which spanned more than 70 acres and included a 997,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility for The Ames Companies, two speculative buildings totaling 350,000 square feet, and related tenant improvements.

Today, Ken is managing the design and preconstruction of a new corporate headquarters for one of United’s valued customers and leading early planning efforts for several projects in development. His responsibilities include site evaluations, pre-design collaboration, and value-added customer service initiatives that keep projects on track from concept to completion.

Ken’s approach reflects United’s commitment to building more than facilities. He builds lasting partnerships, strengthens customer trust, and helps create projects that deliver long-term value for the communities they serve.
