Jason Kamp

Director of People Operations

Jason leads United Construction’s People Operations team, helping employees grow, stay engaged, and perform at their optimum level. His career began in corrections before moving into community mental health, where he developed programs that helped veterans and others overcome personal barriers. After earning his Master’s degree, Jason launched a consulting company focused on coaching, leadership development, and organizational strategy, supporting teams in industries from construction and manufacturing to hospitality and sales.

Originally from Illinois, Jason relocated to Nevada after eight years in Denver. Jason is a proud U.S. Army veteran with a Master’s in Organizational Development and Learning from the University of Denver. He is a certified SHRM-CP, a certified mindfulness teacher, and an active member of both the Society for Human Resource Management and Northern Nevada SHRM. Outside of work, you can find him traveling (especially on cruises), camping, off-roading, or exploring big ideas about life.
