Chris Bennett has held the position of Laborer, Journeyman Carpenter, Project Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Preconstruction Project Manager over a 24-year period.
Chris Bennett currently performs both design/build and hard money bid projects. Therefore, Chris has the appreciation and knowledge of what is necessary to manage execute both contracting methods. Chris has managed design, budgeted, prepared bid documents and has provided detailed construction estimates and proposals to the client for many of his projects. His current duties include design management, preparing the necessary contract documents, budgets, amendments, bidding, schedules, meeting minutes and schedule of values for the invoice.
