Project Executive

Devin Gottshalk, Project Executive, embodies the next generation of construction leadership. Raised in Naknek, Alaska, he grew up immersed in his family’s diverse businesses, from rock-crushing plants to roadway construction, which instilled a deep work ethic and broad industry knowledge. After relocating to the Bay Area, Devin launched his career in large-scale construction as a Field Superintendent with Webcor’s self-perform concrete division, quickly rising to oversee $100M+ vertical projects nationwide.

Now in Nevada, he oversees all projects across both northern and southern regions, bringing that same drive to deliver facilities that strengthen communities and fuel economic growth. Widely respected by colleagues and customers, Devin also mentors peers and advances industry development through the Nevada AGC Construction Leadership Council.

Devin’s portfolio boasts projects for renowned entities such as Apple, SFMOMA, Kolter Group, and major healthcare providers like Sarasota Memorial, Nicklaus Children’s, and YKHC. Devin also has spent a majority of his career in the self-perform side of the industry both as a producer and a manager, including scopes such as underground utilities, civil/sitework, structural concrete, and framing & drywall.
