On June 5, United Construction broke ground on LogistiCenter℠ at McCook, a two-building industrial complex totaling 662,700 square feet. Located 11 miles from downtown Chicago at the entrance ramp to I-55, LogistiCenter℠ at McCook provides access to both downtown Chicago and I-294, serving suburban Chicago.

LogistiCenter℠ at McCook will be a state-of-the-art industrial campus. Building #1 in LogistiCenter℠ at McCook will be 351,900 square feet at 32’ clear height with 289 car parking stalls, four drive-in doors and 74 dock positions. Building #2 will be 310,800 square feet at 32’ clear height with 343 car parking stalls, four drive-in doors and 70 dock positions.

The industrial park’s location at the full four-way interchange of I-55 and 1st Avenue provides significant transportation advantages to industrial manufacturing and distribution operations.
