30 Aug Tom Shanklin Joins United Construction to Open a New Sacramento Office Serving the Central Valley and Northern California
Recently Completed 745,640 square foot speculative distribution facility along the I-5 corridor in Lathrop, CA for Seefried Industrial Properties.
Tom Shanklin leads the United Construction California Team as Regional Manager.
Sacramento, CA. August 30, 2016 – United Construction Company is pleased to introduce Tom Shanklin as Regional Manager of their newly formed Sacramento office. Tom will be responsible for the daily operations including preconstruction and project delivery services in the Central Valley and Northern California markets.
Tom has nearly 15 years of industry experience managing a variety of construction projects, ranging from large warehouse facilities to luxury retail tenant improvement projects. Tom is a LEED Certified Accredited Professional, and is CQM certified by USACE and NAVFAC. With his well-rounded background and experience, Tom is a successful and well respected leader in the industry and will add value to each of United Construction’s customers.
