March 22, 2017 – Last week marked an important milestone for the construction of LogistiCenter at Las Vegas Boulevard, a 546,480 SF industrial facility on Las Vegas Boulevard near North Walnut Road. The building will feature 36 feet of clear height and above-standard auto and trailer parking. The facility will be e-commerce-ready and is ideal for distribution, manufacturing and warehouse operations.

As the Design-Build Contractor, United Construction provided in-house design services to create a flexible space that will be suitable for up to four tenants. The building will be completed on time by the second quarter of this year.

United Construction is the Design-Build Contractor for LogistiCentersm at I-80, a multi-phase, master-planned industrial park totaling more than 803,322 square feet in western Reno.

The project is being developed by national industrial real estate owner-operator, Dermody Properties and will be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 is currently under construction and includes two buildings, Building 1: 223,619 square feet and Building 2: 184,451 square feet.

Erlanger, KY. November 16, 2016 – United Construction Midwest is underway with construction for LogistiCentersm at 275 #2, a new speculative building on the CVG Site 3C located at 3521 Point Pleasant Rd. in Erlanger, KY. The project is being developed by national industrial real estate owner-operator, Dermody Properties, and Hillwood Investment Properties.

Upon completion, the 264,000 square foot building will feature 32-foot clear height, 27 dock doors, 228 car-parking stalls and 70 trailer stalls. It is ideally suited for e-commerce, manufacturing and distribution operations.

The project was designed by ATA Beilharz Architects out of Cincinnati and United Construction Midwest was selected by the developer through a competitive bid process to construct the facility. After breaking ground in August, site utilities and the foundation have started and the building structure will be tilted this December. The project is scheduled for completion in May 2017.

Reno, NV. December 9, 2015 – United Construction celebrates the Groundbreaking of LogistiCenter 395℠ Phase II, a 1.6 million SF industrial park in North Reno.

Gov. Brian Sandoval, who appeared at the groundbreaking along with several other local dignitaries, including Reno City Councilman Oscar Delgado and Washoe County Commissioner Vaughn Hartung, also announced that the first tenant, Jarden Technical Apparel, consisting of Marmot and ExOfficio, is pre-leasing 270,000 SF of the new industrial park.

Construction starts on Warehouse/Distribution Facility in North Las Vegas Submarket

Dermody Properties has started construction on LogistiCenter℠ at Cheyenne, a 381,804 SF distribution facility on 20 acres in the Interstate 15 corridor of Las Vegas. LogistiCenter℠ at Cheyenne is located at 4025 East Cheyenne Avenue, two miles east of Interstate 15. The key West Coast markets of Los Angeles, Phoenix and Utah are all within a single-day’s drive of LogistiCenter℠ at Cheyenne, and a 17-state regional market is within a two-day drive.

Construction on LogistiCenter℠ at Cheyenne is expected to be complete in October 2015. The facility will feature a 32-foot clear height, 80 trailer stalls and 248 car parking stalls.

Interstate 15 is easily accessible from LogistiCenter℠ at Cheyenne via the Cheyenne Avenue, Craig Road and Lamb Boulevard interchanges.
