Jason Stevens, LEED AP

Western Region Construction Manager

Jason Stevens brings more than 14 years of field, design and construction experience that includes project management and preconstruction activities. As a Western Region Construction Manager, Jason works with each customer and their representatives as a primary point of contact, and oversees field operations and managing operational employees for projects on the west coast. Jason is able to collaborate with all Project Team members to uphold The United Process that is used to successfully complete every project.

Prior to joining the United Construction team, Jason was a Project Manager for Clark & Sullivan. During his career with them and United Construction, Jason has overseen and managed a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects for some of the nation’s top companies, and government organizations. Some of Jason’s experience includes a 1 Million SF Wal-Mart Distribution Center, three facilities for the Nevada Air National Guard, a cGMP Certified Nutraceutical Manufacturing Facility, and a 624,000 SF E-commerce Center.

Jason’s attention to detail and collaborative approach with all Project Team members has enabled him to manage jobs effectively and consistently to satisfy customers. Jason is a member of the U.S. Green building Council as a LEED Accredited Professional, and he received his Construction Management Degree with a Minor in Business Administration from Boise State University in Idaho.

Jason currently lives in Reno, with his wife, Rachel, and their two children. Jason is passionate about outdoor recreation and enjoys boating, fishing, camping, and skiing with his family and friends.
