Craig Willcut is responsible for overseeing all company operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and providing leadership to each department within the company. As one of the equity managing partners, he practices a “hands-on” approach to the business and reviews all pertinent aspects of each project from start to finish. Craig provides executive leadership on each project by overseeing all preconstruction and construction activity to ensure that it aligns with The United Process.
Prior to joining United Construction in 1999, Craig was the Senior Vice President for MBK Construction where he was responsible for a major segment of the company’s business including managing the completion of 80 multi-plex theaters in 26 states over a 5 year period under a Construction Management arrangement. He began his career in the construction industry in 1978 as a laborer and carpenter before joining MBK Construction in 1985 where he started as a Superintendent. Craig worked his way through the ranks as a Superintendent, Project Manager, Division Manager, Vice President and Senior Vice President.
Craig’s 35+ years of professional industry experience includes retail, entertainment, hotel, office, and industrial facilities and roles in supervision, management, operations, marketing and field operations throughout the United States.
Craig is a Rapport Leadership Institute Graduate, and attended Mendocino Community College. He engages in ongoing continuing education for business management, marketing, real estate, human resources and other business-related and personal interests.
